However if you want to turn the option "OFF" you may do this instantaneously through your "Customer Account Login". Furthermore you will have the option to recharge your account on-line using the PayPal payment method again through your "Customer Account Login"

Rate changes to Pakistan

Newsletterpakistan Unfortunately we have to announce that TEL3Advantage international long distance rates to Pakistan Karachi, Pakistan (All other Pakistan Proper) and Pakistan Mobile were increased in May 2008 due to the increased local charges in these regions stemming from new state regulations in this country. For the convenience of our customers, TEL3Advantage kept its previous rate to those regions for more than a month. However, due to the pertaining high costs in the market, we were required to increase TEL3Advantage rates for these regions to 12 cents per minute.

Despite this rise, TEL3Advantage still offers one of the most competitive rates in the market for these regions. At TEL3Advantage, it is our duty to always try to serve you better and to provide you with both quality service and low long distance rates. We continue working with our underlying service providers to be able to provide you best rates in these regions.

Tips for Customers

Happy_2  At TEL3Advantage we encourage our customers to take advantage of our online account access. Convenience is one of our greatest benefits. There are many changes that can be made to your account without having to call customer service. Below are a few tips that will help you enjoy our service even more.

Changing your email address

Q. Why is it important to update your email address?

A. It is always a good idea to have the most up to date information on your profile so you will never miss any of our special offers, promotions or customer surveys which will help us serve you better.

How to Change Email Address

Once you login to your account, click on "Personal Information" on the left-hand side of the screen. Under "Personal Information," click on the "Edit your Login and contact information" button. You will have the capability of editing/changing your email address. Once you have entered your email address information, click on the "Update " button. You will then be transferred to a page in which there will be an empty field for you to insert a code.

You will need to go to your currently registered email account to retrieve an email from us. That email will contain a code which you will need to insert into the page to verify your new email address. Until you do that, your email address will not be updated. If you no longer have access to your registered email address, you will need to contact our customer service department to update your information.

Changing your username.

Q. Have you ever had a hard time remembering a username and password or the one you currently have just doesn't work for you?

A. Have no fear, follow the steps below and you will be on your way to easy online account bliss.

How to Change Your Username

Once you login to your account, click on "Personal Information" on the left hand side of the screen. Under "User Information" click on the "Reset your password" button. You will have the ability to edit/change your username. Please note that you will also need to change your password. Once you have updated your Username and Password, click on the "Reset your password" button to save the new information. This procedure helps us ensure that no one else other than you has access to your account.
