Tips for Customers

Happy_2  At TEL3Advantage we encourage our customers to take advantage of our online account access. Convenience is one of our greatest benefits. There are many changes that can be made to your account without having to call customer service. Below are a few tips that will help you enjoy our service even more.

Changing your email address

Q. Why is it important to update your email address?

A. It is always a good idea to have the most up to date information on your profile so you will never miss any of our special offers, promotions or customer surveys which will help us serve you better.

How to Change Email Address

Once you login to your account, click on "Personal Information" on the left-hand side of the screen. Under "Personal Information," click on the "Edit your Login and contact information" button. You will have the capability of editing/changing your email address. Once you have entered your email address information, click on the "Update " button. You will then be transferred to a page in which there will be an empty field for you to insert a code.

You will need to go to your currently registered email account to retrieve an email from us. That email will contain a code which you will need to insert into the page to verify your new email address. Until you do that, your email address will not be updated. If you no longer have access to your registered email address, you will need to contact our customer service department to update your information.

Changing your username.

Q. Have you ever had a hard time remembering a username and password or the one you currently have just doesn't work for you?

A. Have no fear, follow the steps below and you will be on your way to easy online account bliss.

How to Change Your Username

Once you login to your account, click on "Personal Information" on the left hand side of the screen. Under "User Information" click on the "Reset your password" button. You will have the ability to edit/change your username. Please note that you will also need to change your password. Once you have updated your Username and Password, click on the "Reset your password" button to save the new information. This procedure helps us ensure that no one else other than you has access to your account.

That is why Tel3's technical staff is constantly looking at ways to better improve our network and offer a more seamless customer experience. Over the past few months we have implemented many updates. Some of which include, new monitoring and testing procedures, faster turnaround time and the iPlatform monitoring system. By monitoring our network in real time we can determine when and where a failure occurred. In many cases, we are able to notify technicians of a problem before our customers report the issue. This pro-active measure is one of the many features that sets us apart from our competitors.

Furthermore, one of the most important aspect is of course continuous learning within our team to give you a better service.

A few months ago we also introduced surveys to get direct feedback from our customers. Our surveys have been a great success in helping us deliver even more excellent customer service to our valued customers.

This option is the best for any technical issues, or to change your recharge status since we can help you immediately. As a side note, we would also like to point out that even though sometimes you may not call us to report a quality issue, our platform is aware and automatically generates a trouble ticket forwarding it to our service provider. Our system is unique to TEL3 and has helped decrease the turn-around time significantly for quality issues.

By Live Chat: This is another cool feature we introduced a couple of months ago. You can simply  chat with one of our representatives and ask any questions you have regarding our service. Introducing PayPal

We are happy to offer our customers an additional method of payment-PayPal. Therefore if you don’t have a credit card, you can still use Tel3 by making a payment through PayPal. There are many benefits of PayPal. But the main benefit is that PayPal gives you a quick payment method; to make a payment you’re only required to provide your PayPal email address.

Just a little disclaimer, as with everything in life there are some downsides to using PayPal. One downside, you won’t be able to auto-recharge your account. Also when your account balance is depleted you will have to recharge online. Please keep in mind for your security, your account will be verified. This simply means you will have to speak to one of our friendly associates in order to confirm your account information. Verification takes about 15 seconds. Remember, for your added convenience PayPal is simply one more additional payment method.
